I understand degree program fees do not include: the cost of books and materials, or other expenses related to workshops, testing, lectures, *thesis, and *dissertation development and publication, or graduation, regalia, Eagle Forum, travel, and lodging expenses.

I agree to pay these fees according to the following method(s):

Payment in full immediately

3 monthly payments, automatic charges to Credit or Debit Card – (10% Interest applied) 1st payment due with the signed contract. (You will be contact for credit card information)

*All graduates are required to attend the annual Eagle Forum and Graduation events and Graduation Commencement Ceremony.
